Your “Mind Muscle” connection is the key source and main influencer, playing a critical role in your ability to feel balanced emotionally, obtain positive results in all areas of your life.
MoveNourishMind’s Mind-Muscle Training is a Mindfulness Exercise System that helps you control and shift behaviors, replacing fog and exhaustion with calm focus. It teaches you how to focus your energy by learning how to manage your thoughts and emotions. Clients who go through this program experience better health, concentration ability, productivity at work, improved relationships and stability.

What you Get and How it’s Done
Mind Muscle Training is available as a One on One Guided program and as an Online Self-Guided program. It is desiged to help you command behaviors and catapult success in any area of your life were you feel things should feel better. There are 10 Lessons, one completed per week, covering specific conscious and unconscious state exercises. Whether done on your own or with my close guidance, you will learn and begin to apply techniques to uncover and clear your specific emotional blockages, ultimately calibrating your emotions to eliminate the effects of stress and experience qualitative physical and emotional changes.

Work directly with me as I guide you through specific unconscious (meditation) and conscious (waking state mindfulness) exercises, providing you with guidance, coaching and accountability with weekly phone meetings to discuss your specific challenges, stumbling blocks and goals for transformation. You will practice and develop new habits as you are gradually guided towards recognizing, clearing, and shifting out of emotional blockages impacting your physical and emotional health. This program is 8 to 12 weeks in duration, depending on client's specific needs and progression.
Private Sessions
Work directly with me as I guide you through specific unconscious (meditation) and conscious (waking state mindfulness) exercises, providing you with guidance, coaching and accountability with weekly phone meetings to discuss your specific challenges, stumbling blocks and goals for transformation. You will practice and develop new habits as you are gradually guided towards recognizing, clearing, and shifting out of emotional blockages impacting your physical and emotional health. This program is 8 to 12 weeks in duration, depending on client's specific needs and progression.
Self-Guided Online Offering
A self-guided/self-paced version of this proven system combining specific Mindfulness exercises with science-backed therapeutic meditation techniques to uncover energetic blockages causing physical and/or emotional distress or dis-ease. This offering excludes weekly phone meetings.
