Yoga

Yoga practice involves movement and breath that build body awareness and create space inside the body to help release tension, replenish energy, detoxify and tone the body...improving circulation, flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. Practicing Yoga counters the depletion incurred from daily emotional stress as well as during more rigorous exercise.  This results in more mental/emotional clarity, improved everyday movement and better athletic performance.
