Hello and welcome. I’m Rachel Moncayo, and I’m glad you found me. I created the wellness concept: Move-Nourish-Mind®, as a platform from which to share more than 20 years of Holistic Fitness & Mindfulness education and practice. I customize ‘One on One’ programs for adults, tweens, and teens. Leveraging expertise in stress management , functional exercise, anatomy, alignment, and Neuroscience-based Mind/Emotional Balancing, I develop customized programs for each client's individual needs and preferences . I look forward to being part of your journey!

Rachel is not only good for my body, she works wonders on my soul too. I started  sessions with Rachel due to a neck and shoulder injury for which other treatments had not helped. I tried conventional physical therapy, chiropractors and massage but  pain and soreness kept returning. As our sessions progressed the pain and soreness lessened and I finally felt relief. I also started to find that I was less stressed as I continued on. I also learned that taking group yoga classes over the years had not taught me proper techniques for moves or breathing. Rachel tailors her sessions to my needs and even researches new moves that could help with whatever issue I am having at any given time. I am so glad I learned about Rachel and sought out her services, my life is definitely more mindful now.

I proudly serve clients in Atlanta and nationwide with my physical and mental/emotional wellness offerings. I provide private sessions for adults, tweens, and teens and offer them customized programs to meet their specific physical and emotional health needs. I also offer customized regime and training sessions for corporate settings.
